INCM [Intermediate National Contacts Meeting] este o convenţie a reprezentanților fiecărei țări implicate în EASA. Acest eveniment cuprinde dezbateri, discuții, și conferințe la care vor participa studenți arhitecți din întreaga Europă. Tot la INCM se pun în discuție valorile EASA și direcția pe care aceasta o urmează.
Bucureștiul a găzduit în perioada 18-27 Octombrie 2013 Congresul Internațional al Studenților și Tinerilor Arhitecți, eveniment ce reunește până la 130 de studenți arhitecți din 48 de țări pentru 10 zile de conferințe, expoziții, dezbateri pe tema Eastern Lab.Congresul face parte dintr-un șir de evenimente care au loc bianual, de fiecare dată în altă țară a Europei și tratând alt subiect, încă din anul 1981 – anul trecut, echipa României a avut onoarea de a câștiga în Viena oportunitatea de a aduce Intermediate National Contacts Meeting în București.

INCM (Intermediate National Contact Meetings) is held every year in autumn. They are the main event next to the summer assembly to keep the continuity of EASA. There have been such memorable meetings like Berlin 1990, where the “Lichterfelde statement” was made.
The aim of the INCM is to bring the National Contacts together, in order to exchange information and keep the NC network alive.
The program of the meeting has to be flexible; the purpose, discussion regarding evaluation of the previous assemblies, and the preparation of the assemblies to come.
